QUALICOAT certified since 2019
QUALICOAT certificate is an international quality mark for powder coatings. Renoplast first obtained this certification in 2019. It confirms that the coating process complies with stringent technical standards, verified by a series of tests including adhesion, thickness, and coating hardness.
QUALICOAT certificate ensures:
- the coating materials used come from approved and verified manufacturers,
- surface preparation and coating processes are standardized and strictly controlled,
- finished products offer high resistance to weather conditions (UV radiation, moisture, and temperature fluctuations),
- coated surfaces are less susceptible to corrosion, chalking, peeling, or discoloration.
The Qualicoat certification guarantees compliance with rigorous quality standards and demanding durability tests for coatings. To ensure the highest level of corrosion resistance, Renoplast has accordingly adapted and refined its manufacturing process.
Importantly, while in many companies the QUALICOAT Seaside standard is available only as an additional paid option, Renoplast provides this enhanced corrosion protection coating as a standard feature – at no extra cost.
QUALICOAT Seaside – enhanced protection
The Seaside level is an extension of the existing QUALICOAT certification, representing even more stringent powder coating standards. It is designed to ensure maximum corrosion protection, even in environments exposed to high humidity, salt, and fluctuating temperatures.
QUALICOAT Seaside certification is intended primarily for coastal areas, where aluminium drip edges are exposed to increased humidity and saline air. It is one of the highest standards that can be achieved for products operating in such demanding environmental conditions.
