Information on the Processing of Personal Data

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), which has been applicable since 25 May 2018, we hereby provide information regarding the processing of your personal data.

Categories of personal data
The personal data processed include data collected in connection with the use of the websites renoplast.pl and sklep.renoplast.pl, including data stored in cookies.

Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Renoplast Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Fabryczna 14, 34-300 Żywiec, Poland.

Purposes of processing
Personal data are processed for the purposes specified in the Privacy Policy, in particular in order to:

• perform and fulfil orders placed by the data subject,
• present the commercial offer of the controller.

Recipients of personal data
In accordance with applicable law, personal data may be disclosed to entities processing personal data on behalf of the controller, including courier service providers.

Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to request access to personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The data subject also has the right to data erasure (the “right to be forgotten”).
